Train transport China
KLG Europe is gaining ground in the field of train transport to China. The reason is that the transit times are considerably shorter compared to sea freight. Our in-house KLG Europe Control Tower works with KPIs that are processed in customer-specific dashboards. Our Control Tower ensures timely and correct feedback of data to our custom]ers (IOD, OTD, ATA, POD etc.).
Timely information is necessary for a large part of our relations. The Control Tower monitors the agreed KPIs. Our internal processes are constantly monitored, as well as the external performance of drivers and strategic partners. One of the most important tasks is to analyze data and detect trends. Based on these outcomes, improvements are made as needed. Since the market is subject to changing conditions, external developments this is an ongoing process.
