KLG Control Tower
As KLG Europe, it is important to us in the customer relationship that it is clear what we expect from each other. Our in-house KLG Controltower works with KPIs, which are incorporated in customer-specific dashboards. Our Controltower ensures timely and correct feedback of data to our relations (IOD, OTD, ATA, POD etc.)
Timely provision of information is essential for our relations. The Control Tower monitors the agreed KPI’s. Our internal processes are constantly monitored, but the performance of our drivers and strategic partners is also measured externally. One of the core tasks is to analyze data and detect trends. Based on these results, corrective actions are implemented if necessary. As the market is subjected to changing circumstances, this is an ongoing process.
