KLG Europe launched the new innovative service for the e-fulfillment market in Romania; "Simplify".
It has been expected for years that people would order more and more online in the future. E-commerce is growing even more rapidly due to the coronavirus and webshops are busier than ever. The world of e-commerce has changed permanently and the demands placed on online stores are getting even higher, ‘innovation’ is the keyword for online businesses.
KLG Romania therefore launched "Simplify" - a service that offers online companies the opportunity to transfer their logistics and transport processes to one supplier. For example, KLG provides transport, storage, product packaging, return logistics, but also flexibility by integrating and optimizing existing courier services.
This makes the internal processes of an online store easier, it ensures transparency, operational optimization, lower costs and the possibility for further development. Entrepreneurs can focus on increasing profitability and customer satisfaction, KLG will do the full logistics part.
Simplify customers are using the efficiency and other benefits of KLG Europe's transport network: road(national and international) air, sea or rail. Depending on the daily stocks and volumes, each company gets its own space in one of our ultramodern warehouses. When orders are received in online stores, Simplify automatically takes over the order and immediately starts the preparation. For example, the process of choosing and packaging the products, as well as labeling and preparation for delivery, all is carried out by Simplify, which then delivers the package(s) to the end customer.
Simplify provides customers with detailed information about the delivery of the shipments during the last mile to the end consumer via the Innoship platform - it is simple and convenient for retailers to ship efficiently while keeping costs low. There is a streamlined integration with 98% of the couriers in the market and there is a fully automated allocation of couriers based on preferred rules and filters. In addition, there are more than 25 delivery options, an order tracking dashboard and an option to monitor returns.
Under the motto; “You want it simple. They want it now. And we have the solution. ” KLG Romania proudly launched "Simplify". The concept will be further expanded in the coming period by adding even more functions to the platform, such as customer service, online marketing and financing. Within 5 years, KLG aims to become the market leader in the e-fulfillment market in Romania and within 3 years Simplify must bring a share of 25% of the total turnover.
